You thought there wasn't going to be a post for days now, but you were wrong.
I was in Chartres literally a couple of days ago, doing my touristy bit, of course. I've even sat through the "how stained glass is made" workshop (in French) at the International Stained Glass museum. Needless to say that I still have no clue how it is made. I don't know any French.
However I did not come back home empty handed. Here's my little trophy.
